Job summary

UNITED OVERSEAS BANK LIMITED is seeking an administrative and data entry professional to support the Sales Team in Wealth Banking. The role covers daily processing of account openings, KYC name screening, World-Check governance & control, and timely sales reporting and tracking.

The candidate will handle CASA KYC processes, status checks on accounts and cards, and perform duties as assigned by a supervisor. Open to contract arrangements; banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma with min 1 year of relevant working experience in Banking
• Open to contract role

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and data entry in processing of account opening for Sales Team
• Provide support for CASA KYC Name Screening and World Check including Governance & Control
• AML and KRCSA check
• Provide sales reporting and tracking support in timely manner
• Check and update Account and Card status for Sales team submission
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Daily Processing of Account Opening, Servicing Transactions, Pre and Post Sales Transactions, Voice Confirmation, EWF Maker Role
• Provide administrative support in KYC Name Screening and World Check including Governance & Control for Sales Team
• Non-Sales Servicing Callback (Such as Returned Mail, Credit Card Overdue, Contact Center Servicing request for Common pool tagged customers)
• Expanded JD such as Sales Office Housekeeping - Ordering stationaries, Iron Mountain Archival Maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
