Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking operations, customer servicing, account opening, or KYC/AML operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and data entry in processing of account opening for Sales Team.
• Provide support for CASA KYC Name Screening and World Check including Governance & Control.
• AML and KYC checks.
• Provide sales reporting and tracking support in timely manner.
• Check and update Account and Card status for Sales team submission.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Non-Sales Servicing callbacks and housekeeping tasks as needed.
