Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced infrastructure professional to lead and execute design, deployment, and maintenance across network, server, storage, and virtualization platforms. The role emphasizes security hardening, incident management, and documentation oversight.

You will coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, drive operational readiness, and mentor the team while ensuring compliance and audit readiness across critical infrastructure environments in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure design and documentation updates for network, storage, server, virtualization, and OS platforms.
• Build, configuration and deployment of infrastructure components including network devices, Windows/Linux servers, storage, and VMware environments.
• Installation and configuration of supporting software such as databases and clustering.
• Implementation of security hardening, baseline compliance and vulnerability remediation for new infra systems.
• Lead major incidents, drive RCA outcomes and provide governance and escalation management.

• Infrastructure design and configuration documentation update for network, storage, server, virtualization, and operating system platforms.
• Build, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure components, including network devices, Windows servers, Linux servers, storage, and VMware environments.
• Installation and configuration of supporting software, including database, clustering.
• Installation and configuration of backup, and antivirus solutions.
• Implementation of security hardening, baseline compliance& vulnerability remediation activities for new infra system.
• Execution of infrastructure validation, unit testing, and operational readiness activities.
• Provision of technical support, issue resolution, documentation, and knowledge transfer related infrastructure services.
• Prioritize support for the environment and, subject to capacity, provide support for other infrastructure projects and operational requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with Bank stakeholders, vendors, and project teams on infrastructure-related activities.
• Provide operational reporting, escalation management, and governance support.
• Provide technical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for infrastructure activities.
