Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Experience Designer for EY Wavespace ASEAN to design immersive, blended sessions for clients worldwide. You will lead end-to-end Wavespace experiences, from scoping to delivery, and partner with EY teams to embed Wavespace into growth plans.

You will guide workshops across industries, using design thinking and collaboration tools, and ensure seamless facilitation, logistics, and documentation for successful engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in facilitation, UX strategy/research, business strategy, product design or design planning.
• Experience translating business requirements and end-user needs into differentiated design solutions.
• Experience across facilitation, UX, business, operations and design and the ability to converse with stakeholders, UX, designers, technologists, and developers.
• Ability to navigate a complex organization and manage communications with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation experiences using design thinking, behavioural science, gamification or similar frameworks.
• Ensure consistent Wavespace design using approved methodologies and best practices.
• Oversee technology use, session design, and creative elements to meet client expectations.
• Act as the primary facilitator and front-of-room leader for Wavespace experiences.
• Provide direction to production teams and ensure high-quality experiences.
• Help embed Wavespace into growth plans and drive demand in target accounts.
