Job summary

AXIS Group Asia is a creative agency crafting experiences from brand activations to exhibitions. We are seeking a creative, technically strong 3D Designer who translates briefs into compelling spatial concepts and renders that work in the real world.

You will conceptualise, develop and present 3D designs for events and experiential projects, collaborating across Creative, Account Servicing and Production teams while maintaining quality and feasibility under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in 3D spatial, experiential, exhibition, event, interior or environmental design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial thinking, creativity and high-quality 3D visualisation.
• Strong understanding of composition, scale, materials, textures and realistic rendering.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to produce and understand technical drawings, floorplans, elevations and construction details.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative 3D spatial designs based on client briefs and project objectives.
• Translate ideas into sketches, moodboards, layouts, 3D visualisations and presentation-ready renders.
• Proactively propose creative design solutions rather than just executing instructions.
• Develop concepts for events, pop-ups, exhibitions, activations and other experiential projects.
• Create accurate technical drawings and production specifications to ensure build feasibility.
