Job summary

EY Wavespace ASEAN is seeking an Experience Designer who will design immersive Wavespace experiences for clients worldwide, blending virtual, in-person and blended sessions. You will lead workshops using design thinking, behavioral science, and technology to unlock new ways of working.

You will work closely with EY teams and client stakeholders, translating business goals into differentiated experiences, guiding a production team, and embedding Wavespace into growth plans to drive client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in facilitation, CX or design roles.
• Strong design thinking techniques to solve business problems.
• Experience translating business goals and user needs into differentiated design solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, UX and developers.
• Ability to navigate a complex organization and manage communications.
• Ability to lead personas, journey maps, and roadmaps as part of a future state vision.
• Passion for leveraging technologies to create Wavespace experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation experiences using business design, behavioral science, gamification or other frameworks.
• Ensure a consistent Wavespace design experience using approved methodologies.
• Oversee technology, session design, and documentation of Wavespace experiences.
• Interface with Wavespace customers and manage planning, scoping, design and delivery including facilitation.
• Ensure high-quality seamless experiences engaging all participants.
• Oversee logistics, technical setup, and post-session documentation.
