Job summary

SANLI M&E ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer for site-level electrical, instrumentation, and control systems support.

You will coordinate across electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and operations teams to troubleshoot site issues and ensure reliable plant operation. The role requires hands-on PLC programming and SCADA experience, plus the ability to read electrical and I/O drawings, perform commissioning, and document technical reports and backups.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control & Automation, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in Water Treatment / Wastewater Treatment / Water Reclamation Plants, including pumps, process instrumentation, and PLC/SCADA-based plant automation
• Hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, modification, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, instrumentation, PLC I/O, control, and wiring drawings
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC hardware, software, I/O, communication, SCADA, and field instrumentation issues

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and operations teams for site troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical reports, PLC/SCADA backups, and system documentation.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, startup, preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
