Job summary

MattenPlant Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (PLC & Automation) to support design, development, implementation and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems for water and wastewater projects.

You will work across the full project lifecycle, including PCB design, PLC/HMI programming, instrumentation configuration and site commissioning, collaborating with customers, suppliers and the technical sales team to deliver

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electrical/Instrumentation/Control engineering.
Hands-on PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with HMI development and configuration.
Proficiency in electrical panel design and drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or EPLAN for schematics.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for electrical, instrumentation, control and automation requirements for water and wastewater projects.
Design and prepare electrical and control panel drawings using AutoCAD, EPLAN or other software.
Prepare BOMs and select components for electrical, instrumentation, automation and control.
Develop and modify PLC programs and HMI applications for process control.
Configure and integrate instrumentation and control devices into the automation system.
Assist in project prospecting and costing during early stages with the technical sales team.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and panel builders in Singapore and region.
Supervise installation works and prepare project documentation including O&M manuals.
