Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Planner to support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will develop and maintain site-level schedules, coordinating across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, while tracking progress and ensuring efficient resource use. Relocation to Boise, USA or another US project site is required. A 18–24 month contract may be extended; visa sponsorship is provided for Singapore Citizens and Singapore

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (pivot tables, dashboards).
Experience with EPC workflows and earned value management is preferred.
3–7 years in construction planning or scheduling, preferably water/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain baseline and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Define milestones, critical paths, and dependencies across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to align schedules with design deliverables and material procurement.
Update schedules regularly to reflect progress, approved changes, and look‑ahead plans.</n>
