Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Procurement Executive to support U.S.-based water projects.

You will source engineered equipment, manage RFQs, negotiate terms, and handle purchase orders and subcontracts across Asia, predominantly Singapore, Malaysia and India, ensuring cost, quality and schedule adherence. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years procurement/subcontracting experience in engineering/EPC/water/industrial projects.
• Water industry knowledge and supplier landscape understanding are essential.
• Strong supplier relationships in Singapore/Malaysia/India are highly desirable.
• Experience with RFQs, bid evaluation, PO and subcontract negotiations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, purchase terms and subcontract agreements.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing and procurement for U.S.-based water projects across Singapore, Malaysia and India.
• Source engineered equipment and packages for water treatment and industrial applications.
• Develop Asia-based supplier network with emphasis on water and equipment ecosystems.
• Issue RFQs/RFPs, coordinate clarifications, prepare bid tabs and sourcing recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery, warranties and contractual terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, and related commercial docs; support MSAs and subcontract agreements.
• Track supplier deliverables, manage risks to cost/schedule, and ensure compliance.
