Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Planner to support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will develop and maintain site-level schedules, coordinating across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, while tracking progress and ensuring efficient resource use. Relocation to Boise, USA or another US project site is required. A 18–24 month contract may be extended; visa sponsorship is provided for Singapore Citizens and Singapore

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (pivot tables, dashboards).
• Experience with EPC workflows and earned value management is preferred.
• 3–7 years in construction planning or scheduling, preferably water/industrial projects.

Job Overview

The Site Planner plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects by developing, maintaining, and monitoring site-level construction schedules. This role ensures project milestones, resources, and timelines are effectively coordinated across engineering, procurement, and construction functions, working closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track progress, mitigate delays, and ensure efficient resource utilization throughout project execution.

Engagement & Location Requirements

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Boise, USA or any other project site within US

• Contract duration between 18 - 24 months and may be extended based on business requirement

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain baseline and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Define milestones, critical paths, and dependencies across engineering, procurement, and construction activities
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to align schedules with design deliverables and material procurement
• Update schedules regularly to reflect progress and approved change orders

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily and weekly progress of on-site work against planned timelines
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting key metrics, deviations, and corrective actions
• Support earned value analysis and forecasting of project completion dates
• Maintain accurate records of schedule updates, delay events, and progress milestones

Coordination & Communication

• Facilitate regular coordination meetings with project managers, HSE teams, and subcontractors
• Communicate schedule impacts clearly to site leadership and propose mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of critical materials and equipment
• Interface with clients or consultants on updated schedules and progress status

Risk & Change Management

• Identify potential schedule risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints early
• Evaluate change requests for schedule impact and recommend mitigation measures
• Maintain logs of schedule revisions, variations, and contingency plans
• Support delay analysis, claims, and extension-of-time submissions as needed

Resource & Performance Management

• Track labor, equipment, and material utilization against planned allocations
• Assist in resource leveling to avoid over-allocation and ensure efficient deployment
• Support project teams with 2-week or 4-week look-ahead plans
• Provide input on potential productivity improvements

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure planning and reporting align with company project control procedures and HSE standards
• Integrate safety milestones and inspections into the project schedule
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to reflect testing, commissioning, and safety audits within the plan
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to schedule adherence and performance

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (pivot tables, reporting dashboards)
• Working knowledge of EPC project workflows (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, resource planning, and earned value management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment
• Experience with large-scale industrial or municipal water projects (preferred)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Navisworks for visual planning (preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA or equivalent HSE frameworks (preferred)
• 3-7 years of experience in construction planning or project scheduling, preferably in water treatment, wastewater, or process plant industry
• PMP or PSP certification (preferred, not required)
