Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings PTE, LTD is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive based in Singapore to support procurement and subcontracting for U.S.-based water and wastewater projects. You will lead end-to-end sourcing of engineered equipment, materials and services across Singapore, Malaysia and India, ensuring cost, quality and schedule alignment with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• 8–14 years of procurement/subcontracting experience in engineering or EPC environments.
• Water industry knowledge is essential.
• Experience sourcing CAPEX equipment and subcontract services.
• Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.
• ERP/MRP knowledge and disciplined procurement documentation.
• Experience with international logistics and export documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement for U.S.-based water projects in Asia.
• Source and evaluate engineered equipment and packages for water treatment.
• Develop Asia-based supplier network across Singapore, Malaysia and India.
• Issue RFQs/RFPs, clarify technical/commercials, and prepare bid tabs.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
• Manage purchase orders, subcontracts and related documentation; support MSAs.
• Coordinate with U.S. and SG teams to align with project specs and schedules.
• Track deliveries, escalation of cost/schedule risks, and compliance.
