Job summary

HOB House of Brands Southeast Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled watchmaker to repair Breitling timepieces in our Singapore workshop. This role emphasizes adherence to company guidelines, ERp workflows, and maintaining equipment while meeting productivity targets.

You will work with quartz and mechanical movements, with Breitling-specific training provided. The position requires PPE and active participation in workshop operations, reporting changes to hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in watchmaking or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Swiss After-Sales Service preferred.
• Knowledge of quartz and mechanical watch movements; Breitling training provided.

Responsibilities

• Repair Breitling watches as the main priority.
• Conduct repairs following company guidelines, methods and criteria.
• Use the company ERP system per the repair flow.
• Achieve personal and team productivity targets as defined by the business.
• Care for and maintain the workbench, tools and equipment.
• Wear compulsory workplace clothing and PPE.
• Participate in workshop operations and related activities.
• Notify supervisor of changes to working hours.
• Any additional duties assigned after consultation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair of Breitling watches as the main priority.
• To conduct repairs following company guidelines, methods and technical criteria.
• Use the company ERP system, following various process aligned with the repair flow.
• Achieve personal and team-based productivity targets as defined by the business.
• Demonstrate care and maintenance of the assigned workbench, tools and equipment.
• To care for and maintain all common workshop equipment.
• Wear compulsory workplace specific clothing and protective equipment.
• Participate in associated activities relating to the operation of the workshop.
• Notify their supervisor of any change to the assigned working hours.
• Any additional or substitute duties assigned to the Watchmaker after consultation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in watchmaking (W.O.S.T.E.P or equivalent).
• Previous employment in the Swiss After-Sales Service industry (minimum 3 years is recommended).
• Knowledge of quartz and mechanical watch movements (Breitling specific training will be provided).
