Job summary

RAMBOLL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager and delivery of large-scale Waste-to-Energy and related infrastructure assignments in Singapore and the region.

You will handle day-to-day project management tasks, coordinate inputs from multi-disciplinary teams, review technical deliverables and help resolve interfaces, while developing towards independent project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering discipline relevant to project delivery.
• 2–5 years in engineering consultancy or project delivery.
• Familiar with Waste-to-Energy or large infrastructure projects is essential.
• Proven ability to coordinate schedules, meetings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with day-to-day project delivery, scope, schedule, budget and governance.
• Maintain schedules, registers, risk, action logs and reports; support client meetings.
• Coordinate inputs from multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complete, on-time deliverables.
• Support change management and maintain records of instructions and variations.
• Draft progress reports and project correspondence for PM review.
• Maintain project records and support Ramboll quality and HSEQ requirements.
• Identify delivery issues early and present practical options to the PM.
• Coordinate design reviews, workshops and technical assurance activities.
• Participate in site visits, inspections and commissioning activities as required.
