Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the waste management sector.

The role involves identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals across Singapore, with visits requiring your own vehicle. You will work closely with Customer Service to issue sales orders and maintain accurate client records. You will also help enhance the Customer Care Program by monitoring satisfaction and addressing feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing or equivalent.
• Must possess own vehicle for client visits.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Chemical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in waste management market segments.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate deals with potential customers.
• Coordinate Sales Orders with Customer Service and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare periodic sales reports for presentation to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain Customer Database with contact details and company information.
• Assist Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program and address feedback.
• Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, competitors, price, and trends.
