Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is seeking an EXECUTIVE, WARRANT ENFORCEMENT, VIOLATION MANAGEMENT to assist the Manager, Violation Management in daily operations of the Warrant Enforcement Section, including WA matters, admin duties, and counter operations.

You will handle phone/email enquiries, engage with the public and stakeholders, and may undergo on-the-job training for internal systems; you will work both collaboratively and independently within the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in enforcement.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good office operations, coordination skillset and able to work independently and as a team.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage and handle members of public face to face and via phone calls.
• On-the-job training will be given on usage of internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager, Violation Management in daily operations of the Warrant Enforcement Section.
• Handle warrant of arrest (WA) matters and related administrative duties.
• Support counter operations and preparations of operations.
• Manage phone and email enquiries from members of the public related to WA.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on WA-related matters.
