Job summary

DG Packaging Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented staff member to handle daily inbound and outbound sample orders at our Singapore facility. You will check outbound items, liaise with overseas counterparts, and decide the best dispatch service to meet deadlines.

The role includes light picking/packing as needed and requires basic English communication, good organization, and the ability to work independently. Prior logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively in simple written and spoken English.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to perform light picking and packing duties when required.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Location: 5 Sunview Road

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)

Salary: $2500 - $3000

Job Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily inbound and outbound sample orders

2. Responsible for checking and tallying all outbound physical items to ensure accurate matches with orders

3. Liaising with overseas counterparts to ensure requirements are fulfilled

4. Responsible for decision making on the right dispatch service to use to meet timelines

5. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

6. Light pick and pack of samples as required

Requirements
