Job summary

DG Packaging Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics assistant to manage daily inbound and outbound sample orders, tally items against orders, and liaise with overseas counterparts to ensure requirements are fulfilled. You will decide on the appropriate dispatch service to meet timelines and handle ad‑hoc duties. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary is SGD 2,500–3,000 per month. Role includes light picking and packing when required, with emphasis on accuracy,

Qualifications

• Singaporean applicants only.
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively in simple written and spoken English.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to perform light picking and packing duties when required.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order processing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily inbound and outbound sample orders
• Responsible for checking and tallying all outbound physical items to ensure accurate matches with orders
• Liaising with overseas counterparts to ensure requirements are fulfilled
• Responsible for decision making on the right dispatch service to use to meet timelines
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
• Light pick and pack of samples as required
