Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist / Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and supply chain operations in Singapore. The role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring warehouse safety.

The candidate should have at least two years of warehouse experience, a GCE N-Level qualification (or equivalent), and a forklift licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift licence required or preferred according to vacancy requirements.
• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 25 kg when required.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Good teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload, and inspect incoming and outgoing goods.
• Organize warehouse storage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform stock counts and follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory method.
• Verify product quantities, quality, and shipping documentation.
• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, and stock shortages to supervisors.
• Handle fragile and sensitive items carefully.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with safety procedures.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment when authorized.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly advertised salary: S$2,600-S$3,200.
