Job summary

DG Packaging Pte Ltd, located at 5 Sunview Road, Singapore, is seeking a detail-oriented logistics associate to handle daily inbound and outbound sample orders and ensure accurate shipments.

You will coordinate with overseas counterparts, decide on dispatch services to meet timelines, perform light pick-and-pack, and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary range aligned to local market norms.

• Handle daily inbound and outbound sample orders.
• Check and tally outbound items to match orders.
• Coordinate with overseas counterparts to fulfill requirements.
• Decide on appropriate dispatch service to meet timelines.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Light pick-and-pack of samples as required.

Salary: $2300 - $2500

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• 1) Responsible for daily inbound and outbound sample orders
• 2) Responsible for checking and tallying all outbound physical items to ensure accurate matches with orders
• 3) Liaising with overseas counterparts to ensure requirements are fulfilled
• 4) Responsible for decision making on the right dispatch service to use to meet timelines
• 5) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
• 6) Light pick and pack of samples as required
