Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support storage, inventory, and logistics duties on-site at our Singapore facility.

You will unload deliveries, inspect goods, label and store products, and assist in stock counts and order preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires basic computer literacy, the ability to lift up to 20 kg, and a team-oriented attitude with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (Average 15-20kgs/ carton).
• Basic computer literacy (Inventory software, MS Office).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
• Ability to understand English with basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Report hazards or incidents promptly.

Workshop Responsibilities

• 1. Assembling of cylinders and locks
• 2. Cutting / Engraving of keys and locks

Other Responsibilities

• 1. Assist or take charge of any other ad-hoc projects and/or assignments (Subject to agreement with your immediate superior) which might be assigned by the company.
