Job summary

Pharmagend Global Medical Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a warehouse/dispensing operator to support incoming materials, storage, dispensing, and packaging activities. You will maintain documents, verify stock, and coordinate with maintenance and QC teams to ensure GMP/GxP compliance.

The ideal candidate has a minimum NITEC or Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics, 0-3 years in pharmaceutical warehousing, and a proactive, team-spirited attitude.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe working practices and cGMP regulatory requirements.
• Team player with a positive learning attitude.
• Willing to work in Tuas area in warehouse and dispensing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw and packaging materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain and update documents related to Delivery - Goods Receipt Note with supporting documents.
• Ensure materials are stored per storage conditions.
• Dispense and sieve raw materials for production use.
• Clean dispensing booth and accessories after dispensing/sieving activities.
• Issue packaging materials for packing use.
• Coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance for warehouse equipment.
• Assist in investigations of deviations or non-compliances.
• Assist with general housekeeping and routine checks.
• Ensure GMP/Safety/Quality compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with QC for sampling of raw and packaging materials.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITES:

• Performreceiptof incomingrawandpackagingmaterials.
• Maintain and update documents related to Delivery- Acknowledge,Goods ReceiptNotealong with supporting documents.
• Ensurethatmaterialsare keptasperthestorageconditions.
• Performdispensing andsieving of rawmaterials for production use.
• Perform cleaning of accessories used and the dispensing boothIareaafter completion of the dispensing/sieving activities.
• Issuepackagingmaterialsforpackinguse.
• Togivetheplannedoutputw.r.t dispensing and sievingofrawmaterials.
• Regularlyverifyphysical stock,reviewagainstsystem stock and identify discrepancies.
• Performperformancechecksfor theweighingbalances (asrequired).
• Coordinateforcalibration/preventive maintenance for all Warehouse equipment and instruments.
• Intimateand follow upwithMaintenance department forbreakdownrectificationofWarehouse equipment.
• Toensuremaintenance of Warehouse areaandequipment inthestateof cleanliness asper SOP.
• Assistinperformingroutinecheckandensurepropercleaning ofpremisesbycontractcleaner.
• Assistininvestigationincaseof anyprocessdeviation,non-compliance.
• Tocarry outpreventiveandcorrectiveactionsforobserved non-conformances.
• AssistininstallationandqualificationofWarehouseequipment.
• EnsurecompliancetoGxP/Safety/HSE/Qualitypolicies.
• Tocoordinate withQCfor samplingof rawandpackaging materials.
• Arrange sampling activity andcleaningof sampling booth.
• Any other activities as and when assigned by the Superior.

EDUCATION&EXPERIENCE

• Minimum GCE'O'levelorNITECorHigherNITEC orDiplomainWarehouse/Logisticsorrelevant disciplines
• Preferablywith3years'relevantexperienceinpharmaceutical manufacturingwarehouse/store operation.
