You will lead the warehouse team, coordinate workloads, document movements, and support customs inspections and audits, guiding staff on SOPs and safety, with a five-day workweek and hours

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education; a certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations is an advantage.
• Relevant warehouse operations experience, preferably in supervisory or team-leader role.
• Experience in Zero-GST Warehouse or customs-controlled warehouse environments preferred.
• Familiarity with customs documentation, inventory movement controls and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure movements under Zero-GST Warehouse scheme are documented and recorded.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile with WMS.
• Identify goods with different customs statuses and store accordingly.
• Conduct stock checks, investigate discrepancies and escalate issues.
• Support customs inspections, audits and stock verification.
• Allocate manpower and tasks to meet targets and coach staff on SOPs.

Warehouse Supervisor (Zero-GST Warehouse)
Location: 19 Greenwich Drive
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Monthly Basic Salary: S$3,000–S$3,500
Variable Incentive: Payable in addition to basic salary, with the amount determined by the applicable incentive scheme and performance results.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Zero-GST Warehouse. The role ensures the efficient and safe receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, accurate inventory records, and compliance with applicable Singapore Customs requirements, HSSE procedures and Company policies.

You will lead the warehouse operations team, coordinate daily workloads, maintain proper documentation and inventory controls, and support customs inspections and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure movements of goods under the Zero-GST Warehouse scheme are properly authorised, documented and recorded in accordance with applicable procedures and permit requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock against WMS records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure goods under different customs or GST statuses are clearly identified and stored in accordance with the warehouse’s approved arrangements.
• Conduct stock checks and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and escalating inventory or documentation issues promptly.
• Maintain complete and retrievable records of inventory movements for verification, inspections and audits.
• Support Singapore Customs inspections, internal and external audits, and stock verification.
• Ensure operations follow applicable Zero-GST Warehouse requirements, HSSE procedures and Company policies.
• Allocate manpower and daily tasks to meet operational requirements and service targets.
• Lead, coach and train Warehouse Assistants on warehouse SOPs, inventory controls and safe working practices.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy and service quality, and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments, declaring agents and other relevant parties on shipment and warehouse matters.
• Escalate operational risks, compliance concerns and team performance matters to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education; a certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations is an advantage.
• Relevant warehouse operations experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Previous experience in a Zero-GST Warehouse or another customs-controlled warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with customs documentation, inventory movement controls and audit requirements.
• Working knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory reconciliation and documentation control.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate operational records.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand work instructions and safety procedures.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work in a busy warehouse.
• Able to support hands‑on warehouse duties when required, following safe work procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant forklift operator training and certification.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Working Arrangements

• Five working days per week，Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, including scheduled breaks.
• No rotating shifts.
• Occasional weekend work may be required to meet customer or operational needs, although this is not normally expected.
