Job summary

SANKYU (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in daily warehousing activities and ensure efficient operations. You will oversee storage, housekeeping, safety compliance, and planning of warehouse tasks.

The role requires delegating workloads, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and coordinating with customer KPI meetings. Transport is provided, with on-site work at Tuas Bay Drive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in 3PL operations.
• Certified forklift driving license.
• Ability to delegate workloads.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership to run warehouse efficiently.
• Problem-solving for customer complaints and production issues.
• Willing to work in Tuas; company transport provided.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan warehouse operations.
• Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count.
• Attending customer KPI meetings.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements & Expectations:

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Must have proven experience in 3rd party logistics (3PL) Operations
• Must have a certified Forklift Driving License.
• Ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and organizational skills to run the warehouse efficiently. A team player.
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and production issues.
• Willing to work in Tuas (Company’s transport provided).

Work Arrangement: 5 days/week

Monday to Friday: 0800h to 1745h
Work Location: 60 Tuas Bay Drive
Company’s transport Pick up point: At Tuas West Station at 7.10am, 7.20am & 7.30am
