Job summary

Supportive Enterprise LLP in Singapore is seeking a capable Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a small team. You will manage loading/unloading, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and inventory counts according to SOPs.

Requirements include 1–2 years as a warehouse Team Leader, basic English, strong communication and leadership skills, forklift licenses, ability to work overtime, lift heavy goods, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in warehousing.
• Forklift license or certification is required.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel and basic English (reading/writing/speaking).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: loading/unloading, receiving, storing, picking, packing and inventory counting.
• Weigh and record goods, ensure accurate counts and logs.
• Coordinate import/export activities in line with SOPs.

Working Days: 5.50 days Mon-Fri (Alternate Sat)

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Location: 23 Tuas View Walk 2 Singapore 637636

• Daily warehouse operations: loading/unloading, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and inventory counting.
• Weighing, recording, and counting goods.
• Import and export operations, performed according to SOPs.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of working experience as a Team Leader
• Basic English skills (reading/writing/speaking).
• Good communication, management and leadership skills
• Holds valid licenses for operating forklifts.
• Able to work overtime.
• Able to lift heavy goods.
• Must have own personal transportation.
• Must be proficient in computer skills (Word/Excel).
