Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a leading provider of hyperscale digital infrastructure solutions, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and movement of materials. You will lead a team, manage schedules, and drive safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics to maintain smooth material flow, while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and issued according to procedures.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members to meet goals.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower to meet business needs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock audits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in compliance with safety policies.
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
