Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials at our Paya Lebar Airbase facility. You will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires 3–4 years of related experience, leadership ability, and proficiency in Excel with SAP/ERP knowledge. This on-site position offers a renewable 1-year contract and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant warehouse/store experience, preferably in aerospace.
• Experience in leading a team and coordinating daily warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a must.
• Post-secondary qualification as indicated (NITEC/Higher NITEC) in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and inspection of all incoming materials, ensuring reconciliation with purchase orders in accordance with company standards
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the inventory management system by supervising timely updates of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
• Lead and monitor daily operations for receipt, binning, system posting, material records, and issuance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Supervise the receipt and unpacking of materials and supplies, ensuring appropriate handling and proper storage procedures
• Review and report any damages or discrepancies identified during goods receipt, initiating corrective actions where necessary
• Manage the packing and preparation of parts for shipment and dispatch, ensuring all shipping requirements and documentation are met
• Provide strong leadership in the supervision, coordination, and administration of warehouse activities, driving team performance and adherence to SOPs
• Oversee the timely processing and clearing of all freight invoices in collaboration with finance and logistics teams
• Monitor and report on expired items, Quality Notifications (QNs), stock status, and support accurate stocktaking activities to ensure inventory health
• Act as the main point of contact with external vendors on warehouse-related matters, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and service standards
