Qualifications

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant warehouse/store experience.
Experience leading a team in a warehouse environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a must.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery and inspection of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of the inventory system by supervising receipts, adjustments, and returns.
Lead daily operations for receipt, binning, posting, and issuing materials to ensure efficiency.
Supervise receipt and unpacking of materials with proper storage procedures.
Identify damages or discrepancies during goods receipt and initiate corrective actions.
Manage packing and preparation of parts for shipment with proper documentation.
Provide leadership in supervising warehouse activities and ensuring SOP adherence.
Coordinate and clear freight invoices with finance and logistics teams.
Monitor stock status, expired items, and Quality Notifications to support stocktaking.
