Job summary

SUMIDUREZ SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, inspection, and inventory control for raw materials and packaging. You will ensure accurate lot records, manage material transfers to production, and supervise the storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods.

The role requires 3+ years in a warehouse leadership position, strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse Management is required.
• Minimum 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor/Lead in manufacturing or production.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with solid inventory practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Occasional overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, and recording of raw materials and packaging materials with accurate documentation and lot control.
• Manage timely transfer of materials to production and intake of WIP and FG.
• Coordinate storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods to customers with 100% order accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories; analyze discrepancies.
• Enforce FIFO for raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations, including forklift safety and PPE usage.
• Perform daily warehouse and equipment inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation; supervise loading/unloading operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
