Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd is hiring for a warehouse role covering islandwide locations in Singapore. You will handle daily warehouse tasks including receiving, put-away, picking, and kitting to support production needs.

The job requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a GCE O Level. Forklift license is a bonus, and training is provided for reach truck use where needed.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Forklift license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking and kitting of materials and parts.
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure accurate quantities, correct item types and acceptable quality.
• Store received parts in their designated locations and ensure proper inventory arrangement.
• Prepare and kit parts according to production requirements.
• Handle and manage defective or non-conforming materials appropriately.
• Assist with un-crating and unpacking products or parts received from suppliers and customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse, while maximising available storage space.
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damages or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
• Communicate and work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Operate a reach truck when required. Reach truck experience is an advantage but training will be provided for candidates willing to learn.
• Perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
