Kuehne + Nagel Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead a team, and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity across all warehouse activities.

You will oversee staffing, workload planning, and KPI delivery while maintaining adherence to WS H standards and company policies. Strong leadership and logistics knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations; with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and operational processes.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage operational teams.
Good understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including planning, organizing, staffing, and directing operational activities. Address workforce matters such as attendance, absenteeism, medical leave, and overall team discipline to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and assess team workload regularly, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet operational demands and maintain optimal productivity on a day-to-day basis.

Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across areas such as operational efficiency, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensure the team consistently delivers results aligned with departmental and organizational targets.

Ensure all company equipment and assets are used, maintained, and handled responsibly, promoting proper care and accountability among team members.

Enforce strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and operational procedures, ensuring that warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements at all times.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and operational processes.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and operational compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational demands.

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
