Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Bedok facility. You will assist in receiving, storing and issuing materials and ensure accurate inventory via the warehouse management system. You will also pick, pack and label goods to meet order specifications.

Work involves handling food products, maintaining safety standards, performing regular stock checks, and supporting logistics coordination. Experience in warehousing and basic safety knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the WMS.
• Pick, pack and label products according to order requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of food products in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with loading and unloading, inspection and storage of goods.
• Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments according to safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules.
