Job summary

This role requires managing shifts and ensuring safety and efficiency. You will coordinate manpower, oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and loading, monitor performance, and act as escalation point for issues while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations is an advantage.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Familiar with WMS and RF scanners.
• Comfortable with 12-hour rotating morning/night shifts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations during assigned shifts.
• Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor daily operational performance and meet productivity targets.
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues during the shift.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and loading.
• Support inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stock loss with proper controls.
• Verify warehouse documentation (GRNs, ASNs, Delivery Orders, pick lists).
• Plan manpower to support daily operations and peak periods.
• Coach and train team on SOPs, WMS usage, and safety.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and procedural compliance.
• Ensure warehouse equipment (RF scanners, material handling, printers) is maintained and available.
