Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Team Supervisor in Singapore to lead a dedicated warehouse team in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate manpower, and strive to meet KPIs and service levels, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. This role involves 12-hour rotating shifts, with day and night blocks, and opportunities for career progression within a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics required.
• Experience leading a warehouse or logistics team.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to commit to rotating 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved.
• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Ensure accurate documentation (GRN, ASN, Delivery Orders, Pick Lists).
• Prevent inventory loss through proper warehouse controls and processes.
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse team members on SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence.
• Ensure warehouse equipment (RF scanners, MHE, printers) is properly maintained and utilised.
