Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team and oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will manage manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in warehouse controls, WMS familiarity, and commitment to rotating 12-hour shifts. A diploma in supply chain or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• Prior experience leading a warehouse or logistics team.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates during shifts.
• Plan and allocate manpower for daily operations.
• Monitor productivity and meet KPIs and service levels.
• Oversee inbound/outbound operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Coordinate stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation (GRN, ASN, DOs, Pick Lists).
• Prevent inventory loss through controls and processes.
• Train and mentor staff on SOPs, WMS, and safety.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of RF scanners and equipment.
