Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive process improvement and efficiency in a warehouse setting. You will analyse warehouse processes, capacity, layouts and costs, supporting automation and engineering initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and evaluate improvement projects, lead IE and improvement initiatives, and prepare reports for management stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in industrial engineering, warehouse operations or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Experience with 3D modelling or simulation software is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and develop process improvement solutions.
• Perform capacity planning for manpower, space, equipment and material processing.
• Lead and support Industrial Engineering and process improvement projects.
• Analyse facility layouts, processing times and operational costs.
• Conduct time studies to evaluate existing and new processes.
• Develop simulation models to support operational and solution planning.
• Plan and support the implementation of warehouse automation solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of material handling and storage systems after implementation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Prepare analysis, reports and presentations for management and project stakeholders.
