Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with Lean methodologies, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience managing operational improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Analyze production costs and track results of cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate on supply chain improvements and monitor KPIs.
