Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive warehouse optimization and continuous improvement within the Applied Materials account.

You will identify inefficiencies, map processes, and lead projects to improve productivity, quality and service. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, 2–3 years of experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with WMS, SAP ERP, Excel, Power BI and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Conduct capacity planning and resource analysis for manpower, equipment, and storage.
• Lead industrial engineering and continuous improvement projects in warehouses to enhance operations.
