Job summary

Bakeri Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse & Packing Assistant Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and packing operations at our Senoko North distribution centre.

You will supervise packers, ensure accurate order fulfilment, manage inventory, and train staff on SOPs and safety, helping maintain timely deliveries.

This full-time role requires teamwork, physical ability to lift up to 25kg, and experience with barcode systems; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizen or PR
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience using a barcode inventory system
• Able to handle, load, and unload goods up to 25kg
• Organized and able to communicate effectively with the team
• Forklift license and experience in a cold-room environment is a plus

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse & Packing Assistant Supervisor to join Bakeri Pte Ltd in a full-time capacity based in the Senoko North Region. This is a supervisory role that bridges operational management and hands-on warehouse execution, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate packing processes, and optimal team performance. You will oversee warehouse and packing activities, maintain quality standards, and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our distribution centre. This position is key to maintaining our commitment to timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and lead packers in daily warehouse and packing operations.

• Assign tasks and ensure all packing activities are completed accurately and on time.

• Oversee picking and packing of baked goods according to customer orders and sales channels (e.g., SHC, HOH), in compliance with SOPs.

• Ensure proper packing, labelling, and handling of finished products prior to dispatch.

• Ensure proper packing, labelling, and storage of finished products
