Job summary

Antares Management Services seeks an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse personnel in Loyang, Singapore. You will ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently, meeting timelines, quality standards and customer requirements, while managing stock, transport schedules and warehouse systems.

Key duties include supervising cargo handling, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting process

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Levels or NITEC or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience supervising a warehouse or logistics team is required.
• Possess Class 3 and Class 4 driving licences.
• Knowledge of SAP or WMS and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and delivery activities.
• Lead and monitor warehouse personnel performance.
• Conduct staff inductions and briefings.
• Ensure secure and accurate receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Coordinate cargo schedules and stock movements.
• Promote use of warehouse systems and tools.
