HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring Warehouse Operators in Tampines to join a stable team with structured hours and Sundays off. You will handle receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and QA for IT hardware, working on a 12-hour rotating day/night schedule.

The role offers a basic salary of SGD 2,600–3,000 per month plus shift allowances, meal and transport subsidies, and full-time, 12-hour shifts with Sundays off. Training runs 8:00–17:00 weekdays, with rotating rosters thereafter.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling.
• Forklift/Reach Truck license is advantageous.
• Able to use handheld scanners and perform basic computer entry.
• Physically capable of lifting materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Receive inbound IT hardware; unload, inspect, and verify against delivery orders.
• Perform put-away, stock counts, and track using WMS/handheld scanners.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage materials for production or shipment.
• Ensure QA, adhering to ESD and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inbound: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming IT hardware, equipment, and components against delivery orders.

• Inventory Management: Perform accurate put-away, stock counts, and systematic tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS) / handheld scanners.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and stage materials accurately for scheduled production or external shipment.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all goods are handled with care, strictly adhering to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety standards.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a safe, tidy, and highly organized working environment.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred (experience in IT, electronics, or data center hardware is a bonus!).

• Valid Forklift / Reach Truck license is an added advantage.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and perform basic computer entry.

• Physical capability to lift materials and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to commit to weekly rotating day and night, 12 hours pattern.
  

Attractive Remuneration & Perks

• Basic Salary:$2,600 – $3,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Shift Allowances:

• 12-hour Day Shift: Additional S$12 per shift

• 12-hour Night Shift: Additional S$24 per shift

• Meal + Transport allowance: $16 per day

• Work Location:Tampines

• Rest Day:All Sundays are OFF!
  

Structured Working Hours

• Training:Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Subsequent roster:Weekly rotating day/night shifts (12-hour shifts: 8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM)

• Ability to follow 4-day shift pattern (rotating):

  • Team A:Monday to Thursday

  • Team B:Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday

  • Team C:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
