Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore is hiring a Warehouse Operator to manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

After training, you will work a rotating day/night schedule with a 4-day work week, enjoy shift allowances and a structured training path in a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC qualification is required.
• Forklift licence is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Able to communicate in basic spoken English for work instructions and safety.
• Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including material handling.
• Willing to rotate 12-hour day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of materials.
• Perform inventory checks, stock counting and cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment per safety procedures.
• Utilise warehouse systems, computers, RF scanners and handheld devices for inventory tracking.
• Support material preparation and movement to ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and 5S standards; follow safety procedures.

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR | UP TO $3,500 | 4-DAY WORK WEEK

Location: Tampines, Singapore
4-Day Work Week | Every Sunday OFF!

• Basic Salary: $2,000 – $3,000/month

• Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift

• Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift

WORKING HOURS

First 3 Months – Training Period

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training – Rotating Shifts

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• 4 working days per week (based on roster)

• Every Sunday OFF!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC qualification.

• Valid forklift licence required.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with warehouse systems.

• Able to communicate in basic spoken English for work-related instructions and safety requirements.

• Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including material handling, safely and effectively.

• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

• Familiarity with RF scanners, inventory management and stock control will be advantageous.
