Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Forklift Warehouse Operator in Tampines East, Singapore.

You will support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and issuing materials, while operating forklifts safely and adhering to safety standards. The role requires an ITE qualification or equivalent, a valid forklift licence, 2–3 years of warehouse experience, basic computer skills to update inventory records, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against delivery orders and inventory records.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Update warehouse records and inventory movements using computer systems.
• Maintain proper storage, housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely supply of materials.

Join a leading data centre solutions provider as a Forklift Warehouse Operator! We are looking for physically fit and responsible candidates with warehouse experience and a valid forklift licence to support daily warehouse and material handling operations.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,000/month

• Meal Allowance: $8 per day worked

• Transport Allowance: $8 per day worked

Shift Patterns & Allowances

Day Shift

• Working Hours: 8:00AM – 8:00PM

• Shift Allowance: $12/day

• Meal Allowance: $8/day

• Transport Allowance: $8/day

• Total Allowances: $28/day

Night Shift

• Working Hours: 8:00PM – 8:00AM

• Shift Allowance: $24/day

• Meal Allowance: $8/day

• Transport Allowance: $8/day

• Total Allowances: $40/day

Premium Shift (2 Day Shifts + 2 Night Shifts)

• Day Shift: 8:00AM – 8:00PM

  • Shift Allowances: $12 + $15 = $27/day

  • Meal and Transport Allowances: $16/day

  • Total: $43/day

• Night Shift: 8:00PM – 8:00AM

  • Shift Allowances: $24 + $15 = $39/day

  • Meal and Transport Allowances: $16/day

  • Total: $55/day

Allowances are calculated per day worked and are subject to the applicable shift arrangement.

Job Requirements

• Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent.

• Valid forklift licence is required.

• At least 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update inventory records.

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse duties.

• Able to communicate in basic spoken English.

• Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work independently and in a team.

• Willing to work 12-hour shifts according to the assigned shift pattern.
