Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate in Tampines to support production operations in a fast-paced data centre and server manufacturing environment. You will handle receiving, shipping, picking, packing and material preparation to ensure smooth material flow.

The role requires 2-3 years warehouse experience, a forklift licence, basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners. Training is provided for the first 3 months, with rotating day/night shifts and Sundays off.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Forklift licence and experience operating a forklift.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to work within a quality system.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with RF scanners / hand scanners.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, shipping, picking, packing and material preparation for production operations.
• Operate forklift to move and transfer materials safely within the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancy reconciliation.
• Use RF scanners / PDA / hand scanners to record and track inventory movements.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely material delivery to production areas.
• Maintain proper care and upkeep of company-provided equipment.
• Follow warehouse Health & Safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the warehouse.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management team.

Location: Tampines
Basic Salary: Up to $3,000/month (depending on experience)
Shift & Other Allowances: Up to $40/day
Rest Day: Every Sunday OFF
Shift: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
Training: Structured training provided for the first 3 months

Structured Working Hours

First 3 Months – Training Period
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training
Rotating 12-hour shifts:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Every Sunday is OFF!
