HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Tampines, Singapore, offering a 4-day work week after training and a stable career path. The role includes handling receiving, storage, picking and shipping, with competitive shift allowances and comprehensive training.

You will work a training period Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, then rotating day and night shifts with a 4-day work week. Forklift operation and RF scanning are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence required.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Ability to communicate in basic spoken English for work instructions and safety requirements.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including material handling.
• Comfortable with rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, inventory management and stock control is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of materials.
• Perform inventory checks, stock counting and cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment per safety procedures.
• Utilise RF scanners and handheld devices for inventory tracking.
• Support material preparation and movement to ensure smooth production.
• Maintain 5S standards and warehouse cleanliness.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and guidelines.

• Basic Salary: $2,000 – $3,000/month
• Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift

WORKING HOURS

First 3 Months – Training Period
