Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a warehouse logistics operator in Singapore to manage daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing and dispatch. You will use SAP and a Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with customers on order fulfilment.

Candidates should have forklift experience and IT savvy with scanning systems; FMCG exposure is a plus. The role covers forklift-ready environments and safe, efficient operations on site.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift, VNA or reach truck operation experience preferred.
• IT literacy and comfort with scanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including picking, handling and checking of goods.
• Process GR/GI transactions using SAP and WMS to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers to support order fulfilment and resolve issues.
• Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Receive incoming cargo and release outbound shipments according to procedures.
• Organise items into designated bin locations to optimise storage.
• Pick and consolidate orders for shipment preparation.
• Label, pack and perform quality checks before dispatch.
