Job summary

Veolia ES Singapore Industrial Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse support staff to assist in daily warehouse operations, including handling chemicals with care and ensuring accurate stock records. The role requires forklift certification, teamwork and weekend availability.

Successful candidate will work at the main office location in Singapore and contribute to safe, efficient logistics and compliance with Veolia standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in performing warehousing operations.
• Must possess a valid forklift license and have at least 3 years of operating experience.
• Experience in chemical processing environment is an added advantage.
• An effective collaborator and team player with good communication skills.
• Must be prepared to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse support including preparation of empty containers for waste collection, pick-up, loading and unloading of chemicals.
• Receive, issue and conduct stocktake of materials and inventory with accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle receipt, repackaging, bulking and tagging of chemicals.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness and optimize space management within the warehouse.
• Assist in daily functions, report preparation, inventory updates and maintenance scheduling.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
• Uphold Veolia safety rules in daily work routines.
• Adhere to ethics and compliance standards in all operations.
