Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines is recruiting a Warehouse Operator to gain experience in warehouse and inventory operations within an established manufacturing environment. The role offers a 4-day work week and a structured training programme.

During the first 3 months, training runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, after which rotating 12-hour shifts apply: Day 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Night 8:00 PM–8:00 AM, with Sundays off. Participants may join fixed teams A, B or C for a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Able to operate hand RF scanners and PDA devices.
• Comfortable with fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and adherence to safety practices.

• Conduct cycle counting and support inventory accuracy.

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR | $2700 - $3500 | Tampines | 4-Days work week

Tampines | 4-Day Work Week | Shift Role

Looking for a stable warehouse opportunity with a structured training programme and a 4-day work week? Join an established manufacturing environment and build your experience in warehouse and inventory operations.

Salary & Allowances

Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,000/month

• Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
• Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
• Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday

Working Hours

First 3 Months – Training

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training – Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 4 working days per week
• Every Sunday OFF

Fixed Working-Day Teams – Choose 1:

• Team A: Monday – Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform material preparation, receiving and shipping activities
• Conduct cycle counting and support inventory accuracy
• Assist with inventory discrepancy identification and reconciliation
• Support daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Operate hand scanners, RF scanners and PDA devices where required
• Properly handle and maintain company-provided equipment
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards
• Follow established quality, safety and operational procedures
• Perform other reasonable warehouse-related duties assigned by management

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse, logistics or related experience preferred
• Able to perform the operational and material-handling duties required for the role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills to effectively carry out work instructions and operational requirements
• Basic understanding of workplace Health & Safety practices
• Experience operating hand scanners, RF scanners or PDA devices is advantageous
• Able to work the stated rotating day and night shift arrangement
• Able to work effectively within established quality and safety procedures
