Job summary

UPS 싱가포르 지사는 창고에서 피킹·포장을 담당하고 우선순위에 따라 물건을 준비합니다. 재고를 정확히 관리하고 문서와 실제 재고를 대조하며, 안전 수칙 준수와 팀 협업 능력을 중시합니다.

필수 자격은 O/L 이상이며 15–25kg 물건 취급 가능해야 합니다. 포지션은 정규직으로 근무하며 현장 근무가 주로 이뤄집니다.

Qualifications

• 정확한 재고 관리와 물류 절차 이해가 필요합니다.
• 15–25kg 무게의 물품 취급이 가능해야 합니다.
• 창고 소프트웨어 또는 시스템 활용 경험은 우대합니다.

Responsibilities

• 고객 주문에 따라 물품 수령, 보관, 피킹 및 발주 처리.
• 재고를 확인하고 문서와 물리 재고를 대조합니다.
• 다양한 분배 채널의 시스템 및 프로세스를 지원합니다.
• 창고의 청결과 안전 규정을 준수합니다.
• 시설과 장비의 점검 및 유지보수에 협력합니다.

직무 설명

This position will be reporting to the Team Leader in the warehouse, this position will be responsible to pick and pack goods in order of priority and maintain locations of parts in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick and issue materials accurately
• Pick or put away stocks/materials to or from storage bins
• Handle and sort materials
• Verify physical stock against documentations
• Perform cycle-count; receive indirect materials on behalf of end users
• Perform housekeeping of warehouse or production store facilities
• Upkeep and maintenance of materials handling equipment
• Observe and comply with standard operating procedures
• Observe and comply with warehouse health & safety guidelines
• Operate cross functionality across the whole warehouse functions.

Requirements

• Min ‘O’ Lvl / N-Level / Nitec with certificate, Diploma is an advantage
• Physically fit a must, able to lift up from 15-25kg.
• Possess forklift license is an advantage
• Able to operate equipment such as reach truck, pallet jack
• Able to support AOG services
• Possess Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Candidates with relevant hands on experience will have an added advantage
• Able to handle different systems and processes related to different distribution channels
• The ideal candidate should be service minded, able to multi task, thorough and tidy, and able to cooperate in a team.
