Job summary

Brenntag Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to handle inbound/outbound materials, check documents, inspect quality and ensure safe storage in a busy warehouse environment. The role requires a valid forklift license and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with basic English communication to liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, coordinating loading/unloading, maintaining safety and housekeeping, and supporting cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary level.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience with a valid forklift license.
• Able to read, speak and write simple English to liaise with Stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Check delivery documents against physical goods received or issued.
• Inspect material for quantity, condition and label accuracy.
• Store material at designated bin allocated and coordinate loading/unloading for trucks and containers.
• Ensure proper segregation of hazardous and non-hazardous material in the warehouse and maintain housekeeping.
• Support adhoc or regular cycle counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior and management.
• Work as part of a team and independently as required.
